Delivery Term

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, production time, and destination. Courier and customs delays may affect the estimated delivery date. Please contact us about delayed or missing deliveries so we can investigate and help resolve the issue in accordance with UK consumer law.

Goods remain at our risk until you, or someone you have nominated, physically receives them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

Right to Cancel

Clearly personalised or bespoke products are generally exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, you can normally cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
