Refund policy

At Printfluence Media, most of our products are made to order and personalised with care and attention. Because of this, our refund policy is slightly different from standard retail products.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, personalisation information, and previews before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, our team is always happy to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

As most of our products are personalised or made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer, or preference changes.

 If an exchange is required due to an error on our side, we will of course take care of it at no extra cost.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued in cases such as:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Personalised items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault or mistake on our side.
