• Attach it using a small adhesive dot for a no heat option

🕒 Processing and Delivery

All orders are carefully created and prepared in the United Kingdom. As many of our products are made to order and often personalised, processing time is 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery options

• Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48, estimated 2 to 3 business days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. This is our fastest delivery option

Your order is securely packaged according to its size and contents. Smaller items such as A5 and A4 cards are shipped in protective, board backed envelopes, while larger prints, framed items, or multiple products may be sent in rigid boxes or postal tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Important delivery note

Royal Mail 2nd Class does not include tracking. For this reason, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or delayed items sent using this service. For added security and peace of mind, we recommend selecting one of our Tracked delivery options, which allow shipments to be monitored and supported if required. Tracked services are slightly higher in cost but offer greater reliability.

International delivery is available to selected countries only. A full list of supported destinations is displayed in the Cart. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

As your card is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once printing begins.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
