As our cards are personalised and made to order, processing time is 1 to 3 working days before dispatch.
Delivery options:
• Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 48, estimated 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
Smaller items are shipped in protective board backed envelopes. Larger or multiple orders may be sent in rigid boxes to ensure safe delivery.

As each card is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once printing has begun.
