Every letter includes your child’s name and personalised details, printed on premium smooth cardstock that gives the whole set an authentic North Pole look. Your order comes with a kraft envelope featuring festive stamps, North Pole markings, and a wax seal. The seal will arrive unpressed so you can open the envelope and check everything before gifting.

Important notes:

Your envelope will arrive unsealed, with the wax seal provided separately.
This way you can open the card, write your own message inside, then close the envelope and finish it with the wax seal yourself.

1. Place the card inside the envelope and close the flap.
2. Hold the wax piece with tweezers and warm the back of it above a candle flame, keep a small distance so it softens, not melts.
3. When the back becomes slightly glossy, place it on the center of the flap.
4. Press gently with a flat object for a few seconds until it cools and sets.
5. Let it rest and the envelope will stay sealed.

• Your letter will be printed exactly as you enter it, including punctuation and spelling, please double check everything
• If no address is added, only the name will appear on the envelope
• Letters arrive folded inside the envelope, which remains unsealed so you can review it before packing it for gifting

To improve delivery reliability and avoid any courier related issues, all UK orders will now be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This ensures full tracking and delivery confirmation for every UK parcel, allowing us to provide clear proof of delivery when needed.

International orders will also be dispatched using tracked services, so delivery can be monitored every step of the way.
