FONT STYLE
You can choose from six available fonts for any personalised text. All font styles are displayed in the listing photos for easy reference.

HOW THE ARTWORK PROCESS WORKS
You select your preferred style. We create three unique variations in that style.
If none are suitable, we prepare another set of three. You have two rounds in total, meaning up to nine different variations. After the second round you must choose a final option. Orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork process has started.

Switching styles is possible.
If you chose watercolor but later want oil or pencil, the change will use your next adjustment round. The total limit remains nine variations. After all rounds the client must choose one final artwork.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose the print size, paper type and artistic style.
2. Upload your photo.
3. Receive your first set of three variations within one working day. IMPORTANT -> add your e-mail inside the personalisation box. 
4. Request adjustments if needed, then select your final version for printing.

🕒 Processing and Delivery
All orders are carefully created and prepared in the United Kingdom. As many of our products are made to order and often personalised, processing time is 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery options
• Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48, estimated 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. This is our fastest delivery option.
Your order is securely packaged according to its size and contents. Smaller items such as A5 and A4 cards are shipped in protective, board backed envelopes, while larger prints, framed items, or multiple products may be sent in rigid boxes or postal tubes to ensure safe delivery.
Important delivery note
Royal Mail 2nd Class does not include tracking. For this reason, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or delayed items sent using this service. For added security and peace of mind, we recommend selecting one of our Tracked delivery options, which allow shipments to be monitored and supported if required. Tracked services are slightly higher in cost but offer greater reliability.

🌍 International Delivery
International delivery is available to selected countries only. A full list of supported destinations is displayed in the Cart. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

As every product is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, or cancellations once printing begins.
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
